Backorder Policy
We do not backorder. If an item is out of stock, it will not be listed. If in the unlikely event that you order a locket which goes out of stock "overnight", we will happily offer you an exchange; you can choose a different locket that is between the value of the original locket and up to $10 more than the price of the original locket. (This means that because of our error, you would be getting a more expensive locket at no extra cost to you.)
Shipping Policy
As soon as we receive your order, your item will be on its way to you within 3days. The time it takes to get to you will depend on where you live and the postage option you have chosen. The mode of shipping is your choice; there are regular mail and priority mail options for all destinations. We ship via US Postal Service and United Parcel Service (UPS). All packages are shipped insured and have delivery confirmation services included. See our Shipping page for shipping costs.
Returns/Exchange Policy
We offer an item replacement guarantee on all merchandise provided that the item is returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
If an item needs to be returned, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY by email: silverlocketshop@hotmail.com. We will then advise you of the steps to take. We will then take the necessary action to ensure your satisfaction.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. All returns must be made in a sturdy box, and sent via insured mail/express post. Returns sent in envelopes or padded envelopes will be refused due to potential for crushing damage during transit. Returns after 30 days are at the sole discretion of Silver Locket Shop and may be subject to restocking fees of 5% or more. Items damaged in transit during return are customer's responsibility.
Damaged Goods Policy
If there is a missing item or your package has been damaged please email us immediately; silverlocketshop@hotmail.com. All packages are precisely weighed when they are shipped; missing items may indicate package pilferage which needs to be inspected by UPS or the post office. Please save the original shipping box and packaging material.
